All of our vinyl comes with an adhesive on one side with a paper backing that protects the adhesive until exposed. The Ultra Glitter vinyl has a permanent adhesive. It is compatible with all personal hobby and craft cutters and can be used in many applications including windows, car decals, signs or anything that needs a little sparkle. It can be used indoors but is water proof and weather resistant making it an ideal craft vinyl choice for outdoor applications as well.

These are absolutely beautiful!
This vinyl was very very hard to weed. I had adjust my cut settings several times with my own custom cut setting as well as the cricuit settings. It was like trying to pull glue apart from itself. I will not be purchasing this vinyl again.
