Oracal 651 is an adhesive vinyl with a paper backing that protects the adhesive until removed. It has a permanent adhesive and a glossy finish. This vinyl is compatible with all personal hobby and craft cutters and can be used in many applications including windows, car decals, signs, stencils, scrapbooking or any permanent application. It can be used indoors but is water proof and weather resistant making it the ideal craft vinyl choice for outdoor applications.

I am new to using vinyl an cricuting and this is by far the best vinyl I have tried. Definitely recommend the 5 yards because if you get the smaller version you will go through it quickly

I’ve tried several other major brands of vinyls and I always come back to Oracal! It cuts and weeds beautifully, and always looks amazing on my projects!

Tried out oracle 651 vinyl and I loved it and this is all I use now for most of my projects. Very good quality and the price is good too. I started with 12×12 sheet now im buying 12×5 yard.

This vinyl is the best thing since sliced bread! I HATE the Cricut vinyl as it’s much harder to weed and maneuver on products. Also, you can’t beat the price on this vinyl! Such a great quality for an amazing price! Will be ordering all my vinyl from Expressions Vinyl!
