Same Day Shipping

Orders placed by 2 P.M. MST Monday through Friday will ship out the same business day. After 2 P.M. will ship the following business day. We are closed and do not ship on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, or Memorial Day. In the event that an ordered item is unavailable your order will not ship. However we have all products in stock most of the time and do our very best to not allow ordering of products that are unavailable. This means it is very unlikely that your order would be held up.

In Store Pickup - Shelley, ID

We are a warehouse facility located at 580 N. State St. Shelley, Idaho 83274. We do have a place you can come shop in, but the storefront does not have our full line of products. You can order online and then choose "In Store Pickup - Shelley, ID" as your shipping method at checkout. You will not be charged for shipping and we will send you an email when it is ready to pick up.

** Orders placed by 2 PM MST M-F will be ready the same day, after 2 PM will be the next business day. We will send an email when it is ready to pick up. **

Standard Shipping - U.S. orders only

Orders placed with this method will be shipped by the carrier of our choosing.  This could be UPS or USPS and could be any of the services offered by these carriers including, but not limited to, UPS Surepost, UPS Ground, Priority Mail, First Class Mail.  

Typical transit times for these services are between 3 and 7 business days and are not guaranteed services.  
If you need a firm delivery date we recommend choosing one of the UPS services available at checkout. 

Standard shipping receives processing priority in our warehouse and will ship the same day if ordered before 2 PM Mountain time, that's 4 PM Eastern,  and will ship the next bussiness day if ordered after.  Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will ship on the following Monday.

Orders over $75 selecting standard shipping ship for free.

UPS Shipping - recommended if you need faster service or tracking info

UPS can be selected as the desired carrier for shipping. All available UPS services are calculated in real time and are tracked and delivered according to the UPS service commitment.

International

International shipping is calculated in real time based on your order and the country it is being shipped to.  All international shipments are done via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are quoted and completed in U.S. Dollars.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling over $75, shipping within the United States ship for free. Available only with standard shipping service. Those that specifically choose a UPS service will be charged for shipping.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns of any unused items in sellable condition received within 30 days of original purchase. We will gladly issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account depending on how you paid. We do not refund shipping charges.

We can also accept returns past 30 days, however these will receive a store credit for the refund amount.

Refunds are issued within 1 business day of receiving your return.  You will receive an email when we process your refund.  Due to the nature of credit card processing it can then take anywhere from 1-4 business days for the refund to show in your account.

** Orders that received free shipping will have the shipping cost deducted from their return amount. **

** All returned Heat Presses and Cutters will be charged a $25 restocking fee. **

Defective machines need to be addressed with the machine manufacturer. We can not accept returns on machines that have been used.

We do not exchange products. We have found it most efficient to have you return unwanted items and place a new order for the items you do want.
