Rules & Exclusions
Promotions have rules, but we try to make them all as easy as possible. We will explain any rules about a promo next to it when we can. But here are some general rules that always apply.
Q: I placed my order and forgot to use a coupon. What can I do?
A: Contact our customer service and they can find a solution for you. It may be a refund or a store credit, but we can usually find a way to reflect the coupon discount.
Q: I have two coupon codes, can I use them both?
A: That would be fantastic, but we want to be in business to help you another day. Only one coupon can be used per order.
Q: I have a coupon code, can I use that on my subscription? (Mystery Boxes and Vinyl Club)
A: We would love to be able to apply coupons to everything but the way our subscriptions are set up we are not able to. However, if you are a member of Vinyl Club you can still use a coupon on top of the already low prices.
