The date you sign-up will be your bill date. For example, if you sign-up on the 16th of the month, then you get billed on the 16th.
When Do I receive My Stash Box?
Your Stash Box is shipped out within a couple days of your bill date. Depending on your location will determine the shipping time. You will recieve an email with tracking information once your Stash Box has shipped. If you did not recieve that email or have questions, plese reach out to our customer service team
How do I find out what's in the Stash Box each month?
Towards the end of every month you will receive an email telling you about the contents of the new Stash Box. That way you can start planning what fun crafts you want to do.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Just access your subscriptions throughyour account or reach out to our customer service team. You can also skip a month by reaching out to our customer service team.
Can I skip a month
Of course. We know that every month might not fit your interest or style, or sometimes it just isn't in the budget. Whatever the case, contact our customer service team and they'll be able to skip a box for you. The only exception is if your box has shipped out already we will not be able to skip that particular box.
