2. Candy (Valentine's Day-themed, such as heart-shaped chocolates or colorful candies). You'll need 2 different colors or 2 different types of candy. 

3. Adhesive vinyl sheets 

4. Craft Cutting Machine

5. Permanent markers

6.. Glue or double-sided tape

Step-by-Step Guide: 

1. Choose Your Plates: 

Begin by selecting a set of heart-shaped plates. You can find these at your local home goods store or repurpose existing plates if you have them at home. Consider a mix of sizes to add visual interest to your Tic Tac Toe board. 

2. Prepare the Plates:

3. Cut the Adhesive Vinyl:

4. Create the Grid:

Place the vinyl strips on the plates to create a Tic Tac Toe grid. Feel free to mix and match colors for a playful touch.  Press the vinyl down firmly to secure it to the plate. Use your squeegee tool to press it into place and smooth out any edges. 

5. Decorate the Plates:

Use permanent markers to add personalized touches to each plate. Add cute doodles and love-themed messages. This step allows you to infuse your personality into the project. 

6. Optional: Personalize Further:
