Toddler Shoe Help
My daughter has the hardest time putting her shoes on the right feet. Learning right from left is tough, but trying to teach her which shoe goes on which foot is even harder. This is a practical way to use the Oracal 651 Outdoor Vinyl to help toddlers figure out which shoe is which.
I cut out a heart but any shape would work, I also think a star would be a good shape.
Using the Outdoor Gold Vinyl, I used a standard cutout from the Cricut at the 1.25" size. Once the shape was cut out, I cut it in half.
Stick the vinyl decal inside the shoe on the instep, so that when the shoes are placed beside each other the shape is made. This gives the child the independence to put their shoes on properly without having to ask for help or doing it incorrectly.
I used the Outdoor Vinyl over paper stickers because it held up the best inside the shoe. Since it's waterproof the sweat of the feet didn't make the stickers move.
My daughter loves these. She is so proud when she gets dressed and this helps her get the shoes on correctly.
