Unlimited Creations with Inkjet Printable Vinyl
Hey guys, it's Jessica at Expressionsvinyl.com and today I want to tell you all about our inkjet printable vinyl. It is awesome. It works great with a inkjet printer. Any inkjet printer will do. You do not want to do it through a laser printer (laser printers use heat that will melt the adhesive in the vinyl and make a mess of your printer). You can print it out and use your Cricut, your Silhouette, a pair of scissors, or a punch to cut it out.
You can see below the registration marks where the machine will look to cut it and needs to cut it out. The book tag was done with the Silhouette. The paisley designs were done using the Cricut. The registration marks are a little different depending on what you're doing.
It’s just like a vinyl sticker. You can print on it, and then stick it to whatever you want. Let me show you some things about this inkjet vinyl that are awesome. My favorite thing about it is that it is waterproof. I’ve sprayed it all over and it is not smearing the ink at all. Typically on an inkjet printer the ink will run when it gets wet. The printable vinyl will lock in the color.
We sell it in an eight and a half by five yard roll. If you dont need a roll we also have it in a sheet sizes. We carry it in a 12"x12", 8 1/2" by 11", as well as 8 1/2"x24". It's got two sides. One side is a matte finish and the other is shiny. You want to make sure your printing on the matte side, not the shiny side. Once you get it in your hands you can definitely feel the difference. Make sure you're printing on the right side.
You can do all sorts of fun projects with this. You can make planner stickers, you can fit a ton on 1 sheet to last through the year.
You can make little treat bags with customized stickers for any holiday. You can also make your own washi tape.
I've made some jam labels that you can customize and put a date on. No more writing with the ink smearing all over.
You can also make your own Christmas tags. I've printed these out, and added from the Smiths, then you can write on the printable vinyl with a Sharpie to fill in their name.
The possibilities are endless with our Inkjet Printable Vinyl
