Opal Adhesive Vinyl by Expressions Vinyl

 All of our vinyl comes with an adhesive on one side with a paper backing that protects the adhesive until exposed. Our Opal vinyl has a permanent adhesive and can be easily cut and applied allowing you to turn any flat or glass surface into a work of art. Angle the film to observe the rainbow effect that shows a different color.
