Recreational Reflective Vinyl by Expressions Vinyl
All of our vinyl comes with an adhesive on one side with a paper backing that protects the adhesive until exposed. The Reflective vinyl has a permanent adhesive. It is compatible with all personal hobby and craft cutters and can be used in many applications including car decals and signs.
