Ideas for Use
HTV can only be applied to certain types of materials. It works best on cotton, polyester or a blend of the two. The following are a few examples of items you could apply this specific type of vinyl to.

How to Apply
HTV stands for heat transfer vinyl. This implies that the process involves heat. In order to be successful, we recommend warming the material you intend to decorate. Cover the surface with parchment paper or Teflon on top to protect while you are heating. Make sure that all of the wrinkles and/or moisture are gone before applying vinyl. For the DIY crafter, you can use an iron to iron on vinyl. A professional heat press will likely produce the best results. You need uniform pressure with no moisture in this process, so things like a hair dryer or a steamer are not conducive to HTV. There are many video tutorials of the full process available online.
